Wu Jianxiong Prize for Physics

  Wu Jianxiong Prize for Physics was named after Wu Jianxiong, a noted Chinese-America Physicist. Established by ELITE Industrial Group of Hong Kong, the award was approved on May 15, 1986 by China Association of Physics. The award is granted to groups or individuals who have made outstanding achievement in physics study.

  

  The award is mainly granted to physics professionals around the age of 35 for their outstanding achievement in experimental physics. It is seldom granted to those Chinese physicists who have made achievements abroad. Anyone who has made new observations, explained physics laws, or solved key problems with the laws, are eligible to apply for the award. The award is granted twice a year.
