Attendees: Delegates from 24 member nations and 20 observer nations of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Intergovernmental Committee, delegates of international organizations and international non-governmental organizations, officers of UNESCO secretariat, Chinese governors and experts, and more.

　　Ⅲ Festival Theme Party

　　The theme party is held to present the profound, rich and colorful Chinese intangible cultural heritage to the attendees and guests of this festival from home and abroad.

　　Time: 8: p.m., May 23.

　　Venue: Golden Opera House of Chengdu Conference and Exhibition Centre.

　　Attendees: Leaders of the Central Government, Sichuan Provincial People's Government, Chendu Municipal People's Government, delegates of the special conference and the festival, diplomats invited to the festival.

　　Chengdu Forum

　　During the festival, domestic and overseas government officers, experts and celebrities supporting and devoted to the conservation of intangible cultural heritage are invited to join the International Intangible Cultural Heritage Forum, exchanging experience on and discussing the conservation of human intangible heritage.
