A Russian contestant was singing a Chinese song, Da Zhong Guo, or Great China on the Second Sino-Russian Singing Contest, December 18th, 2006. A total of 19 Chinese students studying in Russia, oversea Chinese and Russian people participated in the event which aimed to boost bilateral friendship and cultural exchanges.
