Chinese pop singer Zhu Hua performed with Russian rock band Flower May 27 during the 304th anniversary of St. Petersburg, according to the News Center of the Year of Russia. Zhu was the first Chinese pop singer to perform in Russia during the Year of China in Russia.

Talking about her first visit to Russia, Zhu revealed that she had grown up with the beautiful songs of the former Soviet Union like "Night In Moscow Suburbs," and "Red berry blossom," as well as the ballet classic "Swan Lake." "Now, I finally got a chance to visit the fairyland-like state," she said.
Zhu also recalled her last cooperation with Flower last June in Beijing during the Year of Russia in Beijing.
