　　Participant Qualifications: 1. There is no restriction to applicants’ nationality, age, gender or occupation, either in person or in group is welcomed.2. There is no exhibiting works quantity limit for participant(s), each exhibiting works is regarded as a unit.3. All exhibiting works of personal or group participants’ must be original creation.4. Either individual applicant or allied authors applicants can enter for the exhibition.

　　Works Requirements:There is no restriction to work formats: drawing, sculpture, installation, project, photography, article,audio,video, performance etc.

　　Submission Requirements:1. Any format that can be transmitted by internet.2. Should you have further question, please feel free to contact organizer committee of VENICE Cyber Biennale.

　　Time Arrangement:1. Apply and submit works date: From Jan 1, 2007 ~ April 30, 2007 (Date is subject to the local mail stamp chop in terms of airmail).2. Shortlist announcement date: May 30, 2007.3. Opening Date: June 2007 .

　　Awards:1. Award crowned by organizer committee (is judgd by the host organizetion).2. Observor Prize (based on the votes of organization and observers).3. Award crowned by netizen (based on votes from internet) .

　　Introduction of the Venice Cyber Biennale

　　Biennale is an art exhibition which adopts internet and digital space as a platform for bringing together the art works from all over the world. This is the first experimental international biennale exhibition that conducts all the planning and exhibition through the internet.
