联合国世界旅游组织副秘书长塔赖布·里法伊

　　塔赖布·里法伊先生在2006年2月13日任职为世界旅游组织（UNWTO）副秘书长。塔赖布·里法伊先生在 2003年1月至2006年2月曾任国际劳工组织（ILO）阿拉伯国家助理总干事和区域主任。

　　塔赖布·里法伊已经被费城宾夕法尼亚大学授予城市设计与区域规划博士，并在芝加哥从伊利诺技术学院（研究所）主修工程和建筑。他还于1973年在开罗大学获得了建筑工程学士。

　　Mr. Taleb Rifai was formerly Assistant to the Director-General and Regional Director for Arab States of the International Labour Organization (ILO), from January 2003 to February 2006. He received his PhD in Urban Design and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and a Master in Engineering and Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Chicago. He also attained a B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Cairo in 1973.
