戴夫在机场规划和运行，机场发展和机场支持设施等领域有着广泛的经验。他在飞机工程方面有很多资质，并拥有飞机驾驶员证。他从事过管理职位，目前在康奈儿-华格那集团所属的航空业经营单位领导者（Business Unit Leader – Aviation）担任职位。

Dave has extensive experience in airport planning and operations, airport development and aircraft support facilities. He has qualifications in aircraft engineering and holds a current pilots licence. He is employed in an executive role and holds the position of Business Unit Leader – Aviation, within the Connell Wagner Group.
Dave has worked for a number of airlines and for the past 17 years, has been consulting to the airports and aviation industry worldwide.
He was appointed as an international peer reviewer on the Dublin Airport Master Plan, including a detail review of the proposed Pier D for low cost carrier operations. Dave is currently commissioned by a bid consortium as Project Manger for the purchase of an International Airport.
